Sustainability at SCBC

At SCBC, our core contribution to sustainability lies in creating fair, transparent, and compliant employment across borders. As an Employer of Record, we ensure that every employee we hire on behalf of our clients receives the correct salary, pension, holiday pay, and social contributions, fully aligned with national legislation. In this way, we directly support social sustainability and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth.

We recognize that sustainability extends beyond compliance. Our operations are primarily digital, which keeps our environmental footprint low, and we continuously explore further ways to minimize our impact.

Ethics and governance are at the heart of our business. We are committed to transparency, accountability, and upholding the highest standards of integrity in every market where we operate.

While we do not yet hold formal certifications such as ISO or EcoVadis, we are working toward strengthening our reporting practices and will actively assess relevant external validations in the coming years.
